Customer Services Product Advisor - Multiple Positions

We require a dynamic individual to work within our diverse Customer Contact Centre, for the successful applicant responsibilities will include:

• Actively promoting & selling our full range of products to existing & prospective customers.
• Completing a range of administrative tasks.

Chef / Cook

Job Ref WFJR0001 | Location: Waterfall Spa, Leeds

 

Waterfall Spa is recruiting for a chef to run the kitchen at their ladies only day spa in Leeds. The spa offers clients a selection of dishes ranging from light lunches to three course gourmet lunches. This hands on role involves managing the full kitchen operation, from delivering quality food, in conjunction with the excellent service that Waterfall Spa is renowned for, to cleaning down and monitoring stock. Candidiates will have experience working in a kitchen environment and be passionate about cooking.

 

The position may be full or part time - part time 18 hours (3 days), 24 hours (4 days) per week or full time 42 hour (7 days). Shifts will be scheduled for 6 hours each day over a seven day period.

 

Candidates will hold a Food & Hygiene certificates and must be able to provide references from previous employers. Due to the nature of Waterfall being a ladies only spa we regret that we can only accept applications from female candidates.

IT Technical Team Leader

As technical team leader you will report directly to the IT manager. Responsibilities of the technical team include hardware and software installation and maintenance, networking infrastructure, data security and end user training. In addition to being an active team worker, the successful applicant will be responsible for organising shifts and responsibilities within the team, to deliver services and improvements passed down from the management team.

Team Leader

Job Purpose

To lead the Customer Services Team, ensuring the needs of our customers and business are fully met on a daily basis. To support the Internal Sales & Administration Manager in the effective running of the Customer Services Department.

 

Job Decsription

 

To communicate clear objectives to the Customer Service Advisors regarding operations and sales. You will be required to personally drive and improve these performance indicators through your team so the business exceeds customer expectations.

 

Within the sales and operation indicators further detailed KPI’s are in place for the Team Leader to monitor on a regular basis.

 

Constant training and development of the Customer Service Advisors will be key in striving to achieve excellence.

 

Your passion for improving customer service must be supported by the creativity to develop and drive effective customer service initiatives.

 

To occasionally assist other departments with customer related matters.

 

To collate and/or extract data to produce routine reports, schedules or letters and other communications within given time scales and provide ad-hoc analysis and summaries for information as requested.

 

Undertake any other duty as deemed necessary to ensure the Customer Services Team operates effectively.

Internal Account Manager

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Development Managers in order to support our growing number of European Customers. You will be required to form and maintain strong working relationships with our customers. You must be fluent in English and either French or Spanish, knowledge of export documentation would be an advantage.

 

Principal tasks will incorporate dealing with the processing and progressing of any type of enquiries whilst ensuring excellent customer service is given. Account Management experience is important as the successful candidate will maintain and grow existing customer relations.
