Customer Care Advisor Vacancy

Ebac have been world leaders in dehumidifier technology and design since its formation in 1972. Ebac has been the UK's leading brand, protecting homes from humidity, damp and condensation for 40+ years with their range of dehumidifiers. Well known for their innovative design, Ebac also manufactures water coolers and is the only washing machine made in Britain.

A successful and constantly growing company, Ebac are currently recruiting Customer Care Advisors to join our already well-established customer service team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice via telephone, email and web chat to the ever-growing UK customer base. The role will be both challenging and varied and will allow people with a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude to develop their customer skills within our growing customer centre discussing customer needs for our unique domestic products.

Customer service skills will be an advantage in this role but more important is a positive attitude and determination to provide best-in-class service to a quality product.

Full product training will be provided to the successful applicants and the biggest factor we are looking for is someone who can shine in a customer-centric company and who has a great will to win.

Responsibilities

  • ●● Handle inbound calls to our customer care department relating to new sales, technical support and general enquiries with confidence.
  • ●● Converse with customers via our web chat.
  • ●● Deal with emails and respond in a timely manner.
  • ●● Handle queries via our social media platforms.

Hours of work will be an average of 37.5 per week, although working hours may vary as part of the company's annualised hours system.

Salary: £18,585 - £21,216 per annum
