Delivery policy

Delivery Information:

Delivery is only available to the UK mainland. Due to courier restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to any offshore isles including but not limited to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Shetland and Orkney.

While we are not able to offer direct delivery to these areas, we are striving to increase our retailer presence, please check our store locator to find your nearest retailer.

You can arrange to collect any Ebac order from our Factory Shop in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. Please contact Ebac Customer Services on 0345 805 0000 to place your order. Please note, that installation and disposal are not available for click-and-collect orders.

There will be no dispatches or deliveries on UK public or bank holidays – orders will be dispatched the next working day.


Dehumidifier Delivery:

Dehumidifier delivery is available to UK Mainland and charged at £7.99 for Next Day and £4.99 for 3 to 4 Day delivery.

Next Working Day delivery applies to orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday and before 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following working day.

Our current courier for dehumidifiers is DPD. If you’d like to contact DPD with a query about your delivery, you can contact them using the details listed on the DPD website or by following the tracking link and using the contact information on the DPD tracking facility.


Washing Machine Delivery:

Delivery is only available to the UK mainland and charged at £15.00 per item.

Washing machine delivery dates are not guaranteed. Our approved logistics provider will make contact via. a phone call to confirm the delivery date and time after purchase.

If delivery to an address above ground level, or to a difficult to reach location please contact Ebac Customer Services on 0345 805 0000.

A person over the age of 18 is required to sign for the delivery, if are any issues or damages found during delivery, this must be written and signed on the delivery note and given to the delivery driver.

If you have selected installation please be aware that the necessary water and electricity connections are available (hot and cold for hot fill models), and any old machines are uninstalled and cleared from the area. If this is not complete, we will not be able to install your washing machine.
